At Perfumehead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience; if a scent is not to your liking, we offer returns on all unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fragrance bottle is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
